BAAL TEASIG offers a voice within BAAL for those who have an interest in language testing, evaluation and assessment.

The TEASIG works as a forum within BAAL for discussing research and ideas in language assessment, language education and language policies in educational assessment, and brings an added perspective on the application of applied linguistics.

Our yearly spring conference provides the opportunity for linguists, language testers and education specialists to dynamically cross-fertilise new and innovative ideas from differing fields within applied linguistics.
